On the ground floor, 73 Hours reframes the smoothie bar as something more deliberate. Built on the idea that every ingredient carries the imprint of where it grows, each blend is designed for effect as much as flavour, to restore, revive and reconnect. The menu reads like a set of destinations in miniature: Nordic Balance pairs banana, carrot and kefir for gut health; Amazon Canopy layers coconut, avocado, collagen and mango; Violet Hour brings together blueberry, raspberry, vanilla, collagen and yogurt; and Peak Blush leans on strawberry, coconut and cordyceps for skin. Alongside the smoothies, the café serves matcha and coffee, making it as much a daily stop as a pre-appointment ritual.
That balance of the everyday and the elevated is what makes 73 Walton feel at home in the neighbourhood. Brompton Cross has always rewarded the places that do one thing beautifully and mean it, and 73 Walton arrives with a clear sense of both craft and character, a new address for anyone who treats getting ready as part of the pleasure. The salon is open Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm, with the 73 Hours café open Tuesday to Sunday, 10am to 6pm.
