Alfresco dining and new Pinsa Menu at Bottles Chelsea

BOTTLES Enoteca Gourmet Unveils Exciting Menu Change for June: ROMAN PINSA.

Bottles, Enoteca Gourmet, the renowned low-intervention wine bar, modern Italian restaurant, and wine shop nestled in Draycott Avenue, has a delightful change in their offerings this June. Instead of their regular a la carte menu, they are inviting guests to savour the flavours of Roman Pinsa in their inviting restaurant and airy outside terraces throughout the entire month.

But what exactly is Roman Pinsa? Originating from the heart of Rome, Pinsa is a unique and mouth-watering culinary creation that combines elements of pizza and focaccia. It is crafted with Gilchesters Organics Northumberlands whole wheat flour, resulting in a light and airy texture. Bottles have taken this Italian classic to new heights, presenting it in individual-sized portions, perfect for a satisfying solo lunch or for sharing in half-meter lengths during social gatherings. The menu features a selection of classic pinsas: such as Margherita, Marinara & Anchovies, Mortadella, Burrata & Pistachio. For those seeking a personalised touch, there is also an option to add additional toppings and create a Pinsa that truly reflects individual tastes and preferences.

In addition to the enticing Pinsa, Bottles will continue to offer their signature dishes that have captured the hearts and palates of their patrons. Indulge in mouth-watering arancini and an exquisite assortment of charcuterie and cheese. All are carefully curated to complement the extensive wine selection perfectly.

Summer in London is a time to cherish and Bottles, Enoteca Gourmet, invites everyone to make the most out of this vibrant season. Whether it’s a leisurely weekend lunch or a convivial gathering after work, their culinary delights and relaxing ambience are sure to create lasting memories.

Join Bottles at Brompton Cross this summer and experience the harmonious marriage of Italian modern gastronomy and low-intervention wines. For more information, reservations, or to explore their wine selection.
