Christmas at Myrtos

A four-course festive menu celebrating Greek flavours and the warmth of the season

This year, Myrtos celebrates its first Christmas in South Kensington, ready to share Greek traditions while creating new ones. From 17th November, the restaurant welcomes the festive season with a four-course menu priced at £60 per person, accompanied by cocktails from Line Athens, currently ranked among the world’s top 10 bars.

Holiday magic fills the air with the Myrtos Mulled Wine, made with Mavrodafni wine infused with fig leaf, honey, citrus, and winter spice — a familiar aroma with a fresh twist. The Bees Knees cocktail blends London Dry Gin, fig leaf, chestnut honey, and saffron for something delicately decadent, while the Bees Knees 0.0 brings roasted fig, verjus, and chestnut honey into perfect balance for an alcohol-free glow.

A Festive Menu Rooted in Greek Hospitality

The Christmas Menu at Myrtos reads like a love letter to Greek hospitality, designed for sharing and connection. Highlights include Melitzanosalata, a softly smoked aubergine dish with pomegranate and cumin; Beef Short Rib Stifado, rich and slow-cooked in pearl onions, tomato, and Christmas spices; and Rotisserie Cauliflower with pomegranate, parsley, and dukkah for a plant-based take on festive warmth. Desserts bring a touch of imagination: a Pumpkin Custard Tart paired with feta ice cream, and the Melomakarona Sticky Toffee Pudding, which reimagines the classic Greek honey cookie into something entirely new.

Christmas at Myrtos feels both like an escape and a homecoming — a table lit by soft light, with flavours born in Greece and a spirit that makes the season feel endless.
