The original Scalini, established over 35 years’ ago, now has international outposts in some of Europe and the Middle East’s most exclusive destinations, including Cannes, Istanbul, Dubai, Doha and Riyadh, with our new beach pop up on the Mediterranean North Coast of Egypt opening later this month. Open for lunch and dinner daily, and offering an intimate dining room, private dining area and an outdoor terrace, long lunches, evenings with friends or aperitivo al fresco, can all be accommodated.

With a subtle bouquet of biscuit, dried fruit and toasted almonds, alongside delicate hints of golden apples and pears, Franciacorta is the perfect Italian accompaniment to Scalini’s speciality, fresh seafood, crab and lobster.
Chef Paulino’s pairing suggestions include Scalini’s Canestrini alla Nettuno, savoury pastries with scampi, prawns and lobster in a cream sauce; a plate of succulent grilled langoustine with garlic butter, or Asparagi Contessa, fresh asparagus, gratinated with Hollandaise sauce.
