Harmer celebrates Chelsea in bloom

HARMUR on Walton Street has collaborated with acclaimed florist Constance Rose to create a Studio 54 themed installation for this years Chelsea in Bloom ‘Film’ theme. ‘It seemed only fitting that as a womenswear brand known for our slinky, silky party wear that we honour the club that was the hangout for the world’s most famous film stars, fabulous fashion and frivolity.’

In line with HARMUR’s elegant meets statement silhouettes, the window will be filled with over one hundred silk orchid stems, peppered with silk peonies and finished off with dazzling disco balls. As HARMUR is famed for their beautiful fluid silk, floral designer Jo Thomas came up with the idea of using only silk flowers to mirror the brand’s silk designs to create the perfect combination between fashion and florals. These silk flowers are unlike any other, they feel real, look incredible, save the waste of real flowers and are sought after by VIP’s and high profile event organisers across the country. Customers will also have the chance to buy their own fashion flowers in the shop over the Summer too from a curated offering in store.

Win £250 in store credit

The brand are encouraging Walton Street shoppers to pose and photograph themselves in-front of the window in their most fabulous outfits, tagging HARMUR, Constance Rose & Brompton Cross, for the chance to win £250 in store credit. The best photo will be selected by the founders on the 27th May.

To celebrate Chelsea in Bloom and kick start the summer of events that HARMUR has lined up for the store and customers, the brand will host a ‘Fashion, Flowers and Disco’ drinks party on 25th of May. They hope to see friends of the brand, newcomers and Chelsea in Bloom goers there to enjoy what finally feels like the start of Summer. Shopping discounts will also be available on the evening of the event allowing you to add coveted items to your summer wardrobe.
